Let’s start with an interactive Discovery Workshop to find joint possibilities for success. From there… We can partner with your product development teams to enable them in these new ways of working. We can work with your infrastructure teams to embrace platform engineering practices. We can also customize this content and present to your leadership team. Confidential │ ©2020 VMware, Inc. 19

This presentation explains why getting better at software is important and can help improve your business. It presents the product model of software development, in contrast to the typical project model. It then describes three common barriers to change and how some organizations overcome them. There are three case studies of real-world, large organizations used throughout as well to illustrate the major ideas.
This was recorded to be translated, so I talk slower than usual and, sadly, have no jokes.
