Every organisation has a different way of working. In many cases, the processes that a company follows to build products are not congruent with our understanding. As designers, it is our responsibility to understand not only how our users work, but to also understand how our colleagues work as well.
This talk will show how the UX process should be applied to internal politics, showing how empathy towards your stakeholders can open the door to more user-centred methods, and how educating your organisation can bring influence and an enhanced design culture.
