My unique perspective comes from a diverse background, which includes real-world experience in technology, marketing leadership, and advanced training in psychology. It is my priority to understand the motivators behind user behaviors, and to translate these insights into honest, compelling content that is deeply rooted in the customer experience.
Many of us want to see our careers progress from junior to senior to lead or manager. To do this we focus on growing our technical skills, contributing to open source projects, and working on side projects. That’s great but technical skills will only get you so far. To truly succeed you need to master the soft skills–sometimes referred to as people skills or core skills.
