Dasmans Diabetes Treatment & Research institute backbone is a group of insightful, caring staff and medical professionals who are always keen to help with therapeutic and patient care services. We offer several medical services like therapeutic care, nutrition, pediatric clinic, DAFNE, etc. With our GeoHealth Lab, we use spatial epidemiology to understand and prevent chronic diseases.With our efficient team of researchers, we are studying diabetes in the Arab population in order to gain a better understanding of gene variants, biomarkers, dietary components, and other risk factors to bring a new and efficient medical approach to diabetes. At Dasman Diabetes Institute, we aim to bring awareness of Diabetes in Kuwait through focused diabetes research, integrated prevention, training and education. Having days where you end up being so tired and exhausted without any reason could lead you into distress. Sometimes this may leave you dragging your day into a struggle. Developing healthy eating habits and getting the right lifestyle changes can ease the suffering due to diabetes. DDI was established in 2006 with the Ministry of Health(MOH) collaboration aimed to mitigate the predominance of Diabetes in the State of Kuwait. The noble institution succeeded to make an indelible mark along its course by depicting the pandemic to the public with its continual research, training, and effective measures to annihilate the ailment.
