I am a photographer based in Hannover, Germany, and the founder of GalleryDock. I built the platform around a question that matters beyond any individual shoot: how can photographers make choosing, receiving and enjoying photographs as considered as creating them?
The final handover is an important part of a photography client’s experience. Wedding couples, portrait clients and creative teams need a clear place to view their images, make selections and communicate feedback. My work with GalleryDock focuses on making that process easier for both the photographer and the client.
GalleryDock provides online client galleries for photos and videos, password-protected sharing, favorites, comments, downloads and website embedding. Photographers can also sell digital images and photo prints through their galleries. For video projects, timecode feedback helps teams discuss specific moments.
I am interested in practical photography workflows: client proofing, professional photo delivery, wedding and portrait galleries, online photography sales and collaboration with clients. Here I share presentations and resources about these topics from the perspective of a photographer building his own software platform.
GalleryDock is available in English for photographers and clients worldwide. Three free galleries provide a starting point for exploring the platform.
