Since its opening in 2001, Ocean Pointe Business Centre (OPBC) has been providing serviced offices, a business lounge, conference facilities, and administrative services to local companies on the Semiahmoo Peninsula. In 2012, Katherine De Vita acquired the business and has been operating it along with Susan Laurio, Office Manager ever since.
