Hi, my name is Kevin Anderson, and I’m proud to be part of the hardworking team at Wigan Tree Services. I bring my skills and passion to the company every day, helping us continue our mission of offering safe, affordable, and professional tree care for homes and businesses in Wigan and the surrounding areas.
At Wigan Tree Services, we care deeply about the work we do and the people we do it for. Whether we’re trimming overgrown branches, removing dangerous trees, grinding down old stumps, or responding to storm damage, we always aim to do the job right—and leave every customer happy with the results.
My main role here focuses on communication and content. I help make sure that the great services we offer are easy for people to learn about, understand, and trust. One of the biggest ways I do this is through presentations and content creation. This means making visual and written materials—like videos, slideshows, photos, and posts—that help explain what we do and why it matters.
These materials are very helpful for connecting with our customers, whether they’re viewing our website, social media, or even attending community events. Good presentations don’t just give people information—they show the quality of our work and make people feel confident choosing us. My job is to make sure everything we share looks good, sounds right, and speaks to our values: reliability, professionalism, and care.
There are many different types of presentations I create, depending on the audience and the goal. For example:
Educational presentations help people understand how to safely care for trees or when it’s time to call in a professional.
Promotional materials highlight our services, like tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, and emergency tree work.
Social media content includes before-and-after photos, tips, customer reviews, and updates about what we’re working on.
Training materials help new team members learn the ropes and stay up to date with best practices in safety and tree care.
Every presentation is a little different. Some are simple, like a short video or a photo post. Others are more detailed, like a slideshow or blog article explaining how to spot signs of tree disease. But all of them are designed to do the same thing: help people understand what we do and why it matters.
I also help make sure these presentations are well-designed and easy to follow. That means using clear language, good visuals, and organizing the information in a way that makes sense. Whether someone is learning about tree pruning for the first time or just looking for help after a storm, they should feel informed and supported from the start.
Part of making good presentations is also making sure they’re accessible—meaning anyone can understand them, no matter their background or experience with tree care. I aim to explain things clearly, use everyday language, and include helpful images or examples. This way, people feel confident making decisions about their trees and outdoor spaces.
Of course, good communication doesn’t stop once something is published. I also spend time reviewing, improving, and updating our content regularly. That way, the information we share stays accurate and useful as the seasons change or as we expand our services.
When I’m not working on presentations or updating our online platforms, I enjoy exploring my other interests—especially nature, cycling, photography, and creative writing. These hobbies keep me inspired and remind me of why I love working for a business that’s so connected to the outdoors and the local community.
Cycling gives me a chance to explore the countryside, enjoy some fresh air, and take a break from the screen. Photography helps me capture those little details—like the texture of tree bark or the way sunlight hits a branch—that many people might not notice. And writing is something I’ve always enjoyed; it’s a great way to share ideas and connect with others.
All of these hobbies tie into my work in some way. When I take a great photo of a tree we’ve pruned or write a post about how to care for trees in winter, I’m using the same skills I use in my free time. It’s a good feeling to know I can blend my personal passions with my professional work.
Back at Wigan Tree Services, I work closely with the rest of the team to keep our services running smoothly. We’re a close-knit group that cares about doing honest work and building trust with every client we meet. We know that when people call us, they’re putting their property—and their safety—in our hands. That’s not something we take lightly.
We’re proud to offer a wide range of services, including:
Tree pruning and trimming – Keeping trees healthy, safe, and looking their best.
Tree removal – Safely removing trees that are damaged, dead, or causing problems.
Stump grinding – Clearing out old stumps to make space in your yard or garden.
Emergency tree services – Quick response when storms or accidents cause damage.
Hedge trimming and garden cleanups – Helping your whole outdoor space look neat and tidy.
We also offer free quotes and friendly advice, so you’ll never feel pressured or unsure. We believe that everyone deserves to understand the work being done on their property, and we’re always happy to explain it in simple, down-to-earth terms.
At the end of the day, we want our customers to feel like they’re in good hands—because they are. Every member of our team, from the people out in the field to those of us behind the scenes, is dedicated to doing the best job possible.
So, whether you’re dealing with a tricky tree in your garden, planning a landscaping project, or just need some expert advice, we’re here to help. And if you ever see one of our presentations online or come across a blog post about tree care—that’s probably something I’ve worked on.
Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about me and Wigan Tree Services. If you ever need reliable, affordable, and friendly tree care in the Wigan area, give us a call. We’d love to hear from you.
