Audience: Adults in a technical or data role in industry (dev, engineering, analyst, scientist).

Context: Introduction and hands-on session taking constructionism and social learning theory to define, recognise and assess changes in well-being.

Purpose: To relate learning theory to industry practice and recognise links to mental health and emotional well-being.
