Co-creating a sustainable plan and measurable impact by utilizing scenarios and a holistic picture

When designers and their teams are faced with decisions in the product development process, it is essential to take a holistic view and consider scenarios in order to best assess the impact of all factors. The interactive and co-creative workshop integrates the aspects of sustainability. Participants will learn how to use a comprehensive decision-making framework, which aspects are particularly relevant, to consider and improve the impact on people, the planet, and prosperity. This will enable teams and organizations to make informed and sustainable decisions with a long-term perspective and incorporate different scenarios or even futures thinking. Participants will become familiar with a practical framework to integrate sustainability and a holistic view into their (agile) decision-making processes. To create a collaborative environment for informed, iterative and future-proof decisions that take people, the planet, and prosperity into account.
