I was recently asked what is a Quality Strategy and how does it fit in DevOps environments. Instead of trying to come up with a definition, I started thinking about quality dimensions within the DevOps CALMS (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measurement and Sharing) framework. In this presentation I share a few ideas on the aspects of CALMS which might improve the overall quality of a system, from idea to end user.
