Invisible disabilities like cognitive impairments are especially important for #ContentDesign. Because it’s not enough to write in #PlainLanguage to make people understand. And it’s not enough to follow WCAG recommendations to be a consciously accessible writer. There are so many barriers you need to think about if you want to get into people’s heads. And so many things you can do to eliminate some of those barriers. Let’s catch up and see what you can do.
