Digital accessibility is the practice of making the web and apps accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. In this training, the presenters will provide a foundation for accessibility, real-world examples of user personas with disabilities, and how to begin designing and coding for digital inclusivity. Attendees will walk away with a foundation for accessibility, the empathy of what it’s like to be a user with a disability, and tools and resources for getting started so they can begin to design and build accessible code.

(Created for Black Girls CODE event, target age 14-18.)
