The world of design systems is getting more and more mature. We often dream of having complex design systems like tech giants have. Sometimes, when building a new design system, we tend to work on it for months with the goal of creating a perfect solution that covers all possible cases.
In my talk, I’ll show you how applying the principles of a lean approach to building a design system helps with organizational buy-ins, with identifying the biggest problems and with bringing immediate value to people and company.
