I’m a UX Architect and OOUX Certified Strategist. I combine inclusive user research and UX design methods to make accessible products and services that meet real needs.
I am currently working on information architecture at GDS for GOV.UK.
GOV.UK is the 7th most visited domain in the UK. But its fundamental information architecture is more than 13 years old. There’s a growing need to revisit how its content is structured, in particular its fundamental content model, so that it can evolve to meet user needs in a changing, multichannel, world. This session outlines the opportunity for government and provides practical lenses for those wrangling with content-first design.
