Design operations is part of a designer’s day-to-day, whether they know it or not. It’s everywhere: from the moment you apply to a job, to the interview process, to when you finally join a new team and start to ship work. You may even be doing parts of it without knowing it has a name.
In this talk Inayaili will show you some things her team has tried at GitHub, somethings that didn’t work, and give you a few ideas to try out in your teams. Embracing desing ops can help teams create strong connections between different parts of design, build trust and a sense of community among designers, and encourage work practices that result in better products.
